Description

With a 4 Ton lifting capacity, this 4 Ton Hydraulic Jack can lift loads weighting up to 8,000 lbs. Change the tires on cars, trucks, and trailers or make repairs to your tractor, combine or hay baler. Small, portable and reliable, this 4 Ton Hydraulic Jack is a great jack to keep nearby for emergency repairs.
A cast iron base bears the load and a cleated non-slip lift cap keeps it stable. The hydraulic bypass prevents ram over travel and prevents damage to the Jack. The pump cartridge is replaceable, so you don’t have to replace the entire jack when the hydraulic has been exhausted.
With a lift range of 7.75 to 12.75 inches (with the screw lift fully extended), the Black Bull Bottle Jack can get the heaviest of loads into the air and out of the way so you can make the repair and move on to other projects.

Item # HBJ4

To use a hydraulic bottle jack, first ensure your vehicle is on a level surface and engage the parking brake. Locate the vehicle’s lifting point according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Position the bottle jack near this point, making sure it’s on a stable part of the frame or axle. Rotate the handle counterclockwise to open the release valve, then pump the handle to lift the jack. As you pump, the hydraulic fluid inside the bottle jack pushes the piston up, raising the vehicle. Once the desired height is reached, turn the handle clockwise to close the valve and lock the jack in place. For safety, place jack stands under the vehicle to support it before working. When you’re done, rotate the handle counterclockwise again to lower the vehicle slowly. Always ensure the area is clear and stable before operating the jack.
